The business, the people, the work, shot for the website and social.

$600 per half day

Custom development

Calculators, customer portals, integrations, automation. Most projects land between $2,500 and $10,000. Written estimate first, always.

From $2,500

Ad spend, premium software, and stock assets are paid separately so the prices above stay honest. Anything not listed is quoted in writing before we start.

What shapes an estimate

Four things determine the scope.

Two projects with the same headline goal can require very different amounts of work. These factors help us make the estimate specific and defensible.

Scope

The number of deliverables, pages, audiences, locations, channels, and business goals included in the engagement.

Content & assets

What already exists and what must be written, photographed, filmed, edited, organized, or migrated before launch.

Complexity

Integrations, custom functionality, legacy systems, technical debt, privacy requirements, and approval processes.

Pace & support

The delivery timeline, collaboration cadence, ongoing optimization, maintenance, and level of hands-on support required.

Keeping the work clear

Defined scope. Flexible change process.

Every proposal identifies the deliverables, revision rounds, responsibilities, timeline, and included support. New ideas are welcome. When a request falls outside the approved scope, we explain its effect on cost and timing and provide a written change estimate before proceeding.

Usually quoted separately

  • Custom photography and video production
  • Travel and location expenses
  • Paid-media budgets
  • Premium software and third-party fees
  • Advanced integrations and custom development
  • AI platform and usage costs
  • Work outside the approved deliverables or revision rounds

Honest fit

A good fit starts with shared expectations.

We're a strong fit if you…

  • Want a clear recommendation before any work starts
  • Value thoughtful work, direct communication, and knowing who's responsible for what
  • Can give timely input, photos, and approvals
  • Would rather improve based on what the numbers say than chase every trend

Probably not the right fit if you…

  • Need guaranteed rankings, leads, or revenue
  • Want unlimited revisions inside a fixed price
  • Need a quote before we've talked about what you need
  • Expect ad spend, software, or new work to be absorbed without approval

Pricing questions

What to know before we begin.

Why a monthly website instead of a one-time build?

Because a $6,500 check is a hard decision and $250 a month is an easy one, and because a website needs looking after anyway. The subscription covers the build, hosting, security, updates, an hour of changes a month, and a new design every four years. If you'd rather buy outright, you can, from $6,500.

Do I own my website?

Your domain and everything you give us are yours from day one. The site itself stays ours while you subscribe, and you can buy it outright at any point after the first year: $3,500 after 12 months, $2,000 after 24, $500 after 36. You never pay more for it than someone who bought the same site outright.

What happens if I cancel?

After the first 12 months, 30 days' notice. We hand over your domain and content, and you can buy the site for the buyout price if you want to keep it. Get found is month to month after the first three months.

What counts as a change, and what costs extra?

Text, photo, hours, and price updates are changes, and you get an hour of them every month. New pages are $150 each. New features, integrations, or a different design are quoted in writing before we start. Nothing is added to your bill without your approval.

Are advertising, software, and platform fees included?

No. Ad spend goes to Google or Meta directly, and premium software, stock assets, and AI platform usage are paid separately, so the prices on this page stay honest.

What is the $500 getting-started fee for?

A real conversation about the business, gathering your content, and a written plan with a price and a date. It's credited to your first month if you go ahead, so it costs nothing extra to people who become clients.
